This documentary is a few years old, but I just watched it. What has happened to cities such as the ones in the documentary, or Detroit, or Gary, or so many others, has been investigated and discussed ad nauseam, but in most cases nothing really changes. Detroit has seen some improvements in select areas. There’s now a Gucci store, you can get a $6 10oz. cup of coffee, and there is a really great skatepark. But, while downtown, and Midtown are radically changed from a decade ago, there’s another 130 square miles in need of help.
