Fall is my favorite season. I love the cooler temperatures, and the changing colors. Fall is a time of fantastic colors in many parts of the country. Colorado is no exception. It generally lacks the reds of the maple trees, but the yellows of the aspens are especially nice when it snows.
The first and fourth images are La Plata Peak, near Twin Lakes. The second and third are from Mosquito Pass. The next seven are from Golden Gate Canyon, and Clear Creek Canyon. The remainder are from Guanella Pass.
